From quote request to completed service

Effective Date: October 1, 2026 | Last Updated: October 1, 2026

A quote request is not a confirmed appointment. Share the property address, type, size, cleaning needs, requested date and timing, and relevant conditions. Turn Over Nest reviews the requested scope and provides a custom quote. A booking becomes confirmed only after Turn Over Nest accepts the request and confirms availability, scope, quote and scheduling. Service is performed at the customer’s property at the confirmed time.

Access, Supplies and Laundry: Customers must provide accurate instructions and arrange safe, timely property access. Turn Over Nest brings normal cleaning supplies and equipment; special product requirements can be discussed during quoting. On-site laundry depends on functioning laundry equipment and utilities at the property.

Service Performance and Completion: The team performs only the work in the confirmed scope at the customer’s property and the confirmed time. Cleaners may report visible issues noticed during service, but do not perform professional building inspections.

Additional Work and Payment: Heavy or unexpected cleaning is not automatically added to the bill. Any additional scope and charges will be explained, and customer approval will be obtained before billable extra work. Payment is generally due after the agreed service is completed unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Turn Over Nest will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a rescheduling request, subject to availability and confirmation of a new time. A customer may cancel before dispatch without a cleaning-service charge unless a different special arrangement was expressly agreed. After dispatch or when access is unavailable, a reasonable trip or access fee may apply only if it was disclosed and agreed beforehand. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Quality Concerns: Please report any service-quality concern promptly, preferably within 24 hours. Verified issues may be addressed through re-cleaning or an appropriate refund under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Unsafe or Hazardous Conditions: Normal cleaning does not include hazardous remediation. Work may be paused or declined for active biohazards, dangerous chemicals, unsafe structures, severe mold requiring professional remediation, major pest infestation, unsecured weapons, aggressive animals, or other serious safety hazards. Turn Over Nest will contact the customer about next steps.
