Turn Over Nest does not publish fixed cleaning prices. Each custom quote reflects the property, size, requested tasks, condition, timing and agreed scope. A quote is provided before booking confirmation so the customer can review and accept the work and amount. No card numbers or sensitive financial credentials should be sent through the website form.
Payment is generally due after the agreed service is completed unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed. Additional charges for excessive cleaning, unusual conditions or customer-requested work will be explained and approved before extra billable work is performed. Applicable taxes may be added where legally required. Any agreed payment arrangement will be communicated before service.
